Key Responsibilities

• Set the frontend architecture direction for React-based applications focusing on performance, modularity, and security
• Lead a team to develop cohesive, flexible, and performant web applications
• Design and maintain a reusable component library/design system ensuring consistency and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on frontend architecture
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale applications in React
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling and ecosystems
• Experience leading design system or component library initiatives at scale
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and frontend performance optimization techniques
