Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation for AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring reliability, cost-effectiveness, and speed
• Design and evolve model-backed systems with evaluation harnesses and human-in-the-loop flows
• Establish engineering best practices for AI in production and define data contracts with data teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems and modern web applications
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-team initiatives and ability to deliver incremental value quickly
• Deep proficiency in at least two programming languages such as TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-backed products with rigorous evaluation and observability
• Expertise in building RESTful/GraphQL APIs and microservices on a major cloud platform
