Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, research, or backend data entry roles
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Sheets, ClickUp, internal platforms)
• Eagerness to learn backend tools and admin systems (training provided)
• Organized, proactive, and committed to documentation and clarity in execution
• Fluency in English
