Key Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of Dynamic 365 Sales and customer service modules
• Customize and develop solutions using Power Platform, Javascript, C#, .NET, and Power Automate
• Work with Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power BI, and engage in Agile methodologies
