Key Responsibilities

• Own the gacha system end-to-end, including mechanics, economy design, and optimization
• Identify monetization opportunities and player friction through data analysis and community feedback
• Design and iterate gacha mechanics to maximize revenue and retention while ensuring fairness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, systems design, game design, or economy design in free-to-play games, or expertise as a VIP gacha player
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting player data and sentiment
• Proven track record of designing, launching, and optimizing monetization systems
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment
• Experience with community-driven products is a plus
