Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of moderately complex features and drive technical initiatives from design through deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions that support strategic goals
• Write clean, testable code and build robust integration and unit tests to ensure high code quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant combination of education, experience, and training
• At least 3 years of experience building web applications in Ruby on Rails or a similar MVC framework
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Comfort with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); exposure to frameworks like React is a plus
• Practical understanding of cloud platforms, ideally GCP, including deployment and CI/CD workflows
