GenAI Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GENAI CCAS Application Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Amazon Connect applications, including contact flows and chat integrations
• Implement AI orchestration and backend services using AWS Lambda and OpenSearch
• Ensure data safety and compliance by applying security measures and participating in threat modeling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect setup, including contact flows and channel integration
• Experience integrating Lex V2 bots with Amazon Connect
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation) and Git-based CI/CD workflows
• Foundational security knowledge, including IAM and encryption at rest
