Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Quality Improvement (Remote in Georgia).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs
• Collaborate with senior executives to set and achieve quality goals across the organization
• Ensure quality assurance for reports and escalate compliance gaps to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
• 4 years Medicaid/Medicare experience
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and NCQA Accreditation experience
