Quality Auditor - AR Recovery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst- AR Recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit accounts across the revenue cycle to ensure accurate handling
• Identify errors and flag them for correction
• Ensure proper use of the ARO platform, validating adherence to guidelines

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations
• Solid knowledge of hospital medical billing processes and insurance workflows
• Familiarity with CARC/RARC codes and common payer denial reasons
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other billing systems is a plus
