Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Professional Services Engineers to align with growth objectives
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of the company's platform, ensuring efficient project execution and customer value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and provide technical leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
• 1-3+ years of leadership experience managing technical delivery teams globally
• Deep expertise in SIEM, security analytics, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with AWS and data ingestion pipelines from cloud and on-prem sources
• Proven ability to develop scalable professional services delivery models
