Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of Professional Services Engineers to align with growth objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and provide technical leadership
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- 1-3+ years of leadership experience managing technical delivery teams globally
- Deep expertise in SIEM, security analytics, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with AWS and data ingestion pipelines from cloud and on-prem sources
- Proven ability to develop scalable professional services delivery models
