A company is looking for a Professional Services Manager to lead and scale a customer delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants to foster a high-performance culture
- Manage customer implementations and drive adoption of Zuora products
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with internal teams on strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing or consultant role, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; master's degree preferred
- Strong domain knowledge in Quote-to-Cash and Finance
- Hands-on experience with implementation of large-scale business systems
- Proven ability to create and maintain business partnerships and relationships
