Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of experience in training and subject matter expertise
• AI certificate preferred
• Solid understanding of training methods and technologies
• Knowledge of adult learning concepts and curriculum development principles
