Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Opportunity:

We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our patient-centered healthcare team in New York City. As an integral part of our practice, you will provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families across all ages, helping to promote wellness and manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide preventive care and health education.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC).
• Active New York State RN and NP licenses.
• Minimum of 1 year of primary care or family medicine experience preferred.
