Job Summary:
Join a reputable family medicine outpatient office in Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY. This full-time position offers stable weekday hours and the opportunity to work closely with a diverse patient base in a supportive clinic environment.

Position Info:

• Hours: M–F | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $140K–$170K + full benefits

Key Duties:

• Provide direct care to 20–25 patients daily
• Perform evaluations, follow-ups, and patient education
• Document using the Modernizing Medicine EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical staff for integrated care

• MSN or APRN Degree
• Valid NYS Nurse Practitioner License
• Board Certification (FNP or ANC)
• DEA registration required
• Russian-speaking skills a plus
