GovCloud Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Engineer (GovCloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage an EKS-first Kubernetes platform in GovCloud IL4+ environments
• Implement GitOps workflows for automated deployments and maintain Infrastructure as Code for platform management
• Enforce supply chain security and define monitoring metrics to ensure compliance and observability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS GovCloud, Terraform, and GitOps workflows
• Strong background in cloud-native networking, observability, and cost optimization
• Familiarity with DoD/IC security requirements
• TS/SCI clearance preferred, but clearable candidates will be considered
