Qualifications and Skills for the Grant Writer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of professional grant writing experience
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal grant processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
  • Experience developing grant budgets and familiarity with funding structures
