Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure alignment of product group's roadmap with broader business and technical goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure smooth product delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing 5+ direct reports
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading products through discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (Native)
• Highly organized with a commitment to managing complex projects
