• Lead the vision and execution strategy for the Experience Platform and Resident Onboarding product pods
• Mentor and develop product managers while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance resident outcomes and ensure seamless onboarding experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with SaaS platforms or B2B2C products
• Deep expertise in leading product managers and delivering high-quality web/mobile experiences
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams
• Strategic thinker with a focus on user empathy and data-driven decision-making
