Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a business role or as a Product Owner/Product Manager, or 5 years as an expert contributor on a development team
• Experience serving as a Product Owner for Agile Release Train cars with knowledge of the SAFe framework
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and operational business processes
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts
• Excellent time management and analytical skills for handling complex initiatives
