Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive or entrepreneurial leadership experience
- Proven track record of founding or scaling a company with $1M+ in revenue
- Experience in growing teams from $10M to $50M or 40 to 300+ employees
- Familiarity with growth frameworks like EOS, Scaling Up, or Pinnacle
- Strong network of entrepreneurs and founders, ideally 50+ with $5M+ in revenue
