Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive direct mail strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative development, print production, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent brand messaging
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, focusing on direct mail
- Experience managing and optimizing direct mail campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
- Proven ability to manage monthly budgets of $500K+
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and direct mail tracking tools
