Job Description

As the Paid Social Coordinator, you support the Paid Social Team in driving incremental growth for COS online and in store. You focus on acquiring new customers and retaining current customers with a focus on Paid Social with the possibility to expand knowledge and skills on other Digital Marketing channels.

What you will do

  • Plan the activity in alignment with marketing content calendar and campaign performance to maximise Paid Social, staying on top of trends when it comes to categories to push depending on the time of the year and business objectives.
  • Brief Paid Social creatives with content and artworking departments on assets required and manage the workflow to maintain timely execution.
  • Oversee the coordination of various creative assets and copy across Paid Social channels, following best practices and audience funnels.
  • Update planning calendars proactively to keep the business updated on Paid Social content and focuses.
  • Update the regional team on channel performance, working closely with the Paid Social Specialist to analyse traffic, conversion and revenue.
  • Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day performance of the channels in line with the commercial plan.
  • Support the Paid Social Specialist on the implementation and build of the ads and campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly and Pinterest Ads.
  • Support Paid Social Specialist on campaigns budget planning and hygiene checks to keep the activity pacing correctly and cost-efficiently.

What you need to succeed  

 

  • Previous experience working in a digital marketing role with a focus on Paid Social.
  • Experience coordinating the supply of digital marketing assets and copy for a variety of channels.
  • Hands on experience in implementation and building of campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to analyse performance and drive conversion and revenue.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate and establish alignment with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advance in Microsoft Office Programs.

Additional Information

This is a full time permanent contracted of 39 hours a week based at our Regional Office in London.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is an integral part of our part of our offer, approx. 3 days per week office presence will be required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
