Hardware Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hardware Engineering Lead - DMS (Diminishing Manufacturer Supply).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware suppliers and evaluate part obsolescence impacts
• Generate Change Orders to address production design issues and mitigate DMS impacts
• Delegate tasks to junior engineers and review their work for quality assurance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6+ years of experience in RF/Microwave designs or circuit card assemblies
• Proven ability to research and apply engineering principles to solve technical problems
• Experience in design and part selection
• Motivated self-starter with leadership potential
• Active or previously held Secret Clearance is highly preferred
