Senior Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Security Engineer to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce best practices for secure coding and design reviews across engineering teams
• Integrate and manage security tools within CI/CD pipelines and partner with developers to identify risks early
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and remediation for security incidents across the platform

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in security engineering, DevSecOps, or related roles
• Strong experience integrating security into modern SDLC pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AppSec tooling and web app security principles
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes security practices
