New Mexico Licensed Fire Protection Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Estimator to support fire alarm and clean agent suppression projects for U.S. Government contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed basis of estimates (BOEs) for fire alarm and clean agent suppression projects
• Prepare and submit competitive proposals for fire protection contracts
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met and analyze contract documents for scope and costs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with fire protection contracts for U.S. Government clients
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm and clean agent suppression systems and relevant compliance standards
• Proven experience in developing basis of estimates (BOEs) and proposal documents for government contracts
• Familiarity with government procurement and contract regulations is preferred
• Professional certifications related to fire protection or estimating are preferred
