Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Team Lead, HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Coding Supervisors in monitoring coder quality and efficiency
• Review coder rebuttals and provide education or process feedback
• Track coder audits and assist with quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials (e.g., CCS, CPC)
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10
• 2 years of HCC coding experience
• 1+ years of Team Lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes
