HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Project Manager to oversee the implementation of HCM software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are implemented within the scope of the Client Service Agreement and follow agreed timelines
• Direct and manage project deliverables, timelines, and progress while maintaining communication with clients and internal teams
• Lead client meetings and ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the HCM field
• Project management training and/or certification is preferred
• A background in business and managing various types of projects
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Strong time management skills with the ability to operate with urgency
