Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data to build and lead a world-class data function.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data strategy, platform roadmap, and governance framework
• Lead the design and development of a global data platform and drive foundational modernization
• Build and manage a high-performing data team while fostering cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in data-related roles, with 3-5 years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with data from ERP systems and advanced analytics in CPG, retail, or supply chain
• Strong background in data architecture, cloud-native warehousing, and data science collaboration
• Proven success in modernizing legacy systems in global, high-change environments
