SQL Developer / Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Developer / Data Analyst to support a federal healthcare program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and scripts for data validation and transformation
• Analyze data from multiple systems for business intelligence reporting and decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data flows and support data quality monitoring efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in developing advanced SQL queries and working with complex datasets
• Experience analyzing healthcare or clinical data, familiar with data formats like HL7 or FHIR
• Strong understanding of data structures, indexing, and performance tuning
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
