A company is looking for a Head of Design - Brand Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the creative development process for U.S. brand marketing across various verticals
- Set the creative vision and design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee a team of designers and ACDs, providing mentorship and support to enhance brand impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 4 years in a senior design or ACD/CD-level role
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams in campaign development and brand storytelling
- Expertise in visual and verbal brand systems, integrating design and copy for cohesive experiences
- Demonstrated success managing creative agencies and in-house teams from concept through production
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Art Direction, Communication, or a related field preferred
