Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Impact Analytics to build and lead their research and analytics function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the research and impact analytics arm of the clinical vertical, leading various analysis projects
• Ensure integration of impact analytics insights into decision-making across the organization
• Oversee the design and maintenance of data infrastructure and develop data governance structures

Required Qualifications

• Advanced training in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, or biostatistics
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with project management skills
• Experience in AI, predictive modeling, and data visualization in program settings
• Proficiency with data tools including SQL, Python, and Snowflake
• Substantial management experience in a fast-growing environment
