Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end book production lifecycle and manage a remote team of virtual assistants
• Identify and prioritize new story themes and features based on research and market trends
• Create and maintain SOPs, training documents, and QA systems to ensure high-quality output

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or a related leadership role
• Solid background managing e-commerce workflows or human-in-the-loop systems
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira
• Data-savvy with experience in building and interpreting dashboards
• Proven success leading remote teams and working cross-functionally
