Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Analyst, Specialty P&C Coverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the product vision for specialized optional coverages using data-driven analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to align product strategies with company objectives
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including defining requirements and ensuring alignment with customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, P&C insurance, underwriting, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field
• Experience managing product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch performance
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
