Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IDIQ Proposal Manager to manage the proposal process for multiple concurrent Task Order Proposals under an IDIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full proposal development process from Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) release to proposal submission
• Develop compliant and compelling proposals that meet TOPR requirements and align with company capabilities
• Facilitate working sessions with SMEs and other contributors to develop storyboards, solutions, and graphics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or relevant area of study
• Minimum five (5) years' experience as a proposal manager, with at least 3 years supporting IDIQ Task Order responses
• Experience working with project teams and subject matter experts to develop complex proposals
• Understanding of the federal procurement process and familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
