Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead product efforts for internal and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ecommerce and backend systems
• Build, manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, data engineers, and UX designers
• Partner with internal teams to drive product development and ensure alignment on priorities

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Solid understanding of ecommerce applications and product lifecycle management
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams collaboratively
• Data-driven decision maker with experience leveraging analytics
• Strong presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
