Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI platforms and tools to enhance trading experiences and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into workflows, ensuring compliance and measurable impact
• Drive the identification and execution of high-value AI initiatives, focusing on ROI and business metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years at the Senior Director level in fintech or regulated financial services
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products or large-scale workflow automation with quantifiable business impact
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, MBA) is preferred
• Deep domain expertise in brokerage operations or equivalent technology and regulatory knowledge
• Experience launching AI platforms in a regulated environment is preferred
