Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to oversee operational processes within the product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and optimize product team processes, tooling, and workflows
• Own the end-to-end release process for SaaS products, ensuring smooth deployments
• Lead cross-functional product launch processes from planning through execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related role in a SaaS environment
• Experience in release management and/or product launch management strongly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with SaaS product development lifecycle and agile frameworks
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Productboard
