Group Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to oversee product areas and manage a team of Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Product Owners through hiring, mentorship, and performance management
• Drive strategic alignment of the product group's roadmap with business and technical goals
• Oversee execution of multiple complex initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Product

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years managing 5+ direct reports
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision making
• Experience leading products through discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (Native)
• Highly organized with a commitment to managing complex projects effectively
