Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts with customers and market analysis to identify product opportunities and create a product roadmap
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver high-impact initiatives
• Define and lead complex product initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building developer tools or infrastructure products
• Direct experience with CI/CD, feature flagging, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
• History of successfully ramping on new technical domains within 30-60 days
• 4+ years as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in developer tools or infrastructure
• Quantifiable examples of product decisions that drove revenue growth or improved key usage metrics
