Senior Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the HEDIS data processing pipeline
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data quality and compliance
• Lead Agile ceremonies and prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt with stakeholder input

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
• 5 years or more of experience in data product development and management
• Strong experience with healthcare data, especially clinical and claims data used in HEDIS measurement
• Familiarity with CMS Stars programs, NCQA standards, and quality performance metrics
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, X12)
