Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Lead, Internal Operations Application.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with organizational needs
• Serve as a central liaison between system owners, operational staff, development teams, and leadership
• Plan and track feature delivery and system updates across defined sprints or milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or platform ownership
• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and operational stakeholders
• Experience in clinical research, pre-clinical operations, or regulated environments is an asset
