Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Coach Workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the clinical platform to enable effective, personalized care
• Design and deliver AI-powered features and workflows that enhance clinical decision-making and care coordination
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand user needs and translate requirements into product specifications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or clinical platforms
• Experience designing and launching products for care teams, including health professionals
• Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and health coaching workflows
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or care coordination platforms is a plus
