Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of Security Operations Center (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Security Operations Center in alignment with the overall security strategy
• Lead and manage a team of SOC analysts and engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee incident response efforts and enhance threat detection methodologies to improve organizational resilience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in managing a Security Operations Center or similar cybersecurity function
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices in incident response
• Proficiency with cybersecurity tools including SIEM and EDR solutions
• Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
