Healthcare Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting - Physician Practice Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify operational needs and implement solutions for healthcare clients
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and analyze their revenue cycle performance
• Ensure timely completion of client accounting engagements and collaborate with management to achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8 years of related accounting experience, with healthcare industry experience required
• Prior public accounting experience and CPA designation are a plus
• Willingness to train and develop staff skills
• Experience in building strong remote team relationships and embracing new technology
