Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Analysts to deliver insights through data reporting and analytics
• Design and implement scalable reporting solutions and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with governance policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• 5+ years of experience with HIPAA regulated data and healthcare data standards
• 3+ years working with healthcare management systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
