Healthcare Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze and map healthcare processes, including claims, eligibility, provider, and member data
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a strong focus on healthcare
• Deep knowledge of EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277)
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server for queries, validation, and reporting
• Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows (claims, eligibility, provider, member)
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
