Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patient circumstances and client guidelines
- Document account records with relevant information and actions taken
- Manage patient disputes and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of healthcare collections experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA and TCPA compliance during calls
- Associate's degree is preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in self-pay collections is a plus
