Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare claims data using advanced validation techniques
• Design and maintain models for historical performance analysis and predictive analytics for high-risk patient identification
• Collaborate with teams to enhance analytical tools and implement scalable solutions for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• Five or more years of experience analyzing healthcare claims data
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar data tools
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and complex formulas
• Knowledge of healthcare network rosters and quality measurement methodologies
