Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst for a remote, 6-month contracting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Epic implementation team with data analysis, reporting, and validation tasks
• Utilize Excel to analyze, clean, and reconcile large datasets
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate data mapping, migration, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience (hospital or health system preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data manipulation)
• Prior experience in at least one Epic implementation project (full lifecycle strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Epic UserWeb and Epic documentation tools
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads and manage high-volume tasks during peak phases
