Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Loss Prevention & Store Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze raw data to identify trends and actionable insights for Loss Prevention and Store Operations
• Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards to evaluate operational processes
• Manage vendor relationships and support cross-functional teams to align Loss Prevention and Operations with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence within a retail environment
• Proven ability to support Loss Prevention and operational functions
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of retail operational KPIs and financial metrics
